Summary: Staff was very friendly and professional BUT VERY SLOW and not attentive. The room fridge wasn't restocked, tried calling the front desk several times but they never responded. Bars needs more options for mixed drinks and more variety for the buffet. Inside Pool area needs maintenance and more towels. The back pool area towards the beach is small and the downstairs bar is unattended. Small reserved section for the beach but the view is blocked by small vendors and restaurants. The people of work there are always battling for business with the others and can get loud. Overall I wouldn't recommend this location. NEEDS A LOT OF ATTENTION.
